On November 23, 2018 the opening of photo exhibition dedicated to the 190th anniversary of the birth of Lev N. Tolstoy was held in the lobby of the Russian Centre for Science and Culture (RCSC) in Ulaanbaatar as a part of celebrations that are to mark the ending of the "Days of Russian-Mongolian Friendship and Cooperation – 2018".

The exhibition took place from November 23 to December 7. On November 27, 2018 students of Russian language courses at the RCSC, students and teachers of the school "Kirillitsa" at the RCSC visited the exhibition. The library of the RCSC, in its turn, prepared a book exposition based on the works of Lev N. Tolstoy. From November 30 to December 4, photocopies of the exhibits were demonstrated in the Russian Embassy School in Mongolia. Special lessons were organized for secondary and high school students. From December 4 to December 7, the exhibition was transferred to the lobby of the Mongolian Drama Theater, where a new winter season events were taking place.
