1978-1982: secretary-assistant in the USSR Embassy in Singapore

1982-1985: attaché of the Southeast Asia Division of the USSR MFA

1985-1989: third secretary of the USSR Embassy in Malaysia

1989-1992: second, first secretary of the Directorate of Pacific and Southeast Asian states of the USSR MFA

1993-1997: first secretary, counsellor of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Malaysia

1998-2001: senior counsellor, head of desk, First Asian Department, MFA of Russia

2001-2006: counsellor of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the United States of America

2007-2013: deputy director, First Asian Department, MFA of Russia

September 23, 2013: appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Mongolia

Married.

Speaks English and Chinese.

Received the diplomatic rank of Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary, I class on July 8, 2016, in accordance with Presidential Decree 328.
